My Heart Set to Breathe Its Beats to Rhythm for to Sing It

The writer of this book has been breathed himself as a Christian composer, gospel and popular song writer, cantata librettist, poet and lyricist. My poems are often set to music by me as songs. My gospel songs and popular songs have both strophic structure and through composed style continuing the tradition of American song composition. My cantatas, sacred and secular, are often dramatic in style but in spite of having spoken dialogue there’s no acting in them employing popular music and songs. Setting also the words of other poets, my songwriting style fits the popular song. The themes of my poems and songs deal love and relationships as well as faith and other spiritual things often with vocabulary of music in which God is usually portrayed as songwriter or composer who writes us as songs. The texts on this book have a mark to breathe my heart set to beat its rhythm for to sing it.
